SSE Improved Vanilla Hair Meshes

Hello,. I'd like to request a mod of improved vanilla hair meshes, since the vanilla hair ends up looking terrible in a heavily modded setup.

 

In my searches, I've come across only one mod that did this, but unfortunately it was abandoned early. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28491

 

There are two advantages I can see to this:

1. For people that don't like the hair replacers found on the Nexus

2. For people who want to avoid black faces. I tried giving some hair mods a try, but there were never enough patches and always annoying edge cases.
