juderodney
I have 2 storylines working in my head that I think would really be great, but I'm not much of a programmer  : Idea 1: Concerned that the Champion of Cyrodiil might use his title to influence the choosing of a new Emporer, the Elder Council has decided "reward" his deeds by awarding him the rank of Commander in the Imperial Legion and sending him with a contingent to reclaim an abandoned fortress in Skyrim, rebuild it, and restore the Imperial prescence there. Of course, there is a heavy Marauder prescence and the nearby towns are too poor to finance and supply the protectors. The obectives here are to:a. wrest the ruined fortress from the Marauders with the help of various Imperial Legionnaires. (Imperials, Nords and Redguards would be the ideal races here. Breton spellcasters can also assist.)b. protect the small villages from Marauder and Bandit raids. Failure to do so, could lead to a loss of what little revenue and supplies they can provide. If everyone in the villages die, you will have failed the mission and you wil be disgraced in the people's eyes. (And the idiot politicians will have won their victory!) Success can grow the villages and increase income.c. protect travelling merchants as they approach the fortress. (These people can buy the spoils from any loot gained from killing various raiders for much needed income.)d. request reinforcements, supplies, and money in order to replenish, feed, and pay the troops. Unfed and unpaid troops may mutiny and join the raiders. Of course, you'll have to be able to justify it to your superiors and the Council by making sufficient progress in the restoration. Even then, the Council moight say 'no' out of spite.e. hire builders and civilian staff from either the villages or outside. (Outside help is better, but you'll have to enure they arrive safely. They're also more expensive. Local help, while inferior, will endear the people more to you while improving their economy.)f. spread the word of the Nine to the Heathens! Be careful when doing this or there may be resentment among the populace, or even an uprising! A high Personality and Speechcraft score will definitely make things easier. I might think of more, but that should be it for now. If some features require another mod to work or are just plain impossible, then so be it. I also know it's a rather ambitious idea, but if someone is up to it, let me know. Of course, this would require completion of the main quest. Idea 2: Dagon's Dremora servants have found out that the Champion of Cyrodiil are the new Madgod. To take revenge for their Lord's defeat and claim more territory for His glory, the Kyns band together for an assault on the Shivering Isles. I have far fewer details as to how this wil go, but you will need to coordinate your armies to repel the invaders. This should also be more of a linear story than the first one. This will require both the main and SI storylines to begin. Please let me know if anyone is interested in either storyline and I will give you as much input as I can. I am currently messing around with the Construction set, so I might be able to assist with some of the more mundane aspects. No promises on that, however. What I'd be better able to do, however is offer my voice, if needed. I can also write lines for the various characters.

egga
Is that mean we expand territory? Interesting. How about add war with another province?
juderodney
well, considering how much I'm already suggesting, let's stick to the current options for now.
