Fallout 4 Creation kit dialogue Script Fragment complied but not loading/working in game.

Hi, recently, part of my mod is no longer working, because the script fragment/ Topic info from an NPC dialogue is no longer recognized by my mod.

 

So, I have to start from scratch again.

 

Now, I have new papyrus fragment re-codded and recompiled with new topic info.

 

I have no errors or problem from recompiling.

 

However, in game, after talking to the NPC with the related dialogue. The papyrus fragment attached to it is not working.

 

Is it something to do with the loose pex file not being recognized?

 

Can anyone help?

In fallout 4 custom and the CreationKit config file.

 

The data/script path is correct.
