Oblivion 2nd world space request

Hey to all that read this post and thank you for taking your time to do so. I don't know if any1 has requested this even thought i looked through the post be4 typing this but i am wondering if some1 could do the following.

 

Make a copy of the whole Cyrodiil world space (including interiors, not including the Quest's) to a 2nd new world space that dose not interact with the 1st. (Quest do not affect the 2nd world space and anything you do in the 2nd dose not affect the 1st)

 

please do not including locations such as -

• oblivion (any oblivion gate, Mankar camoran paradise, ect)
  
• Shivering Isles (the strange door can be included just not usable)
  
• Knights of the nine (priory of the nine, grove of trials, ect)
  
• Any other location that seams not part of the world of Cyrodiil
