Lower the chance of 'the twist?'

I'm helping my brother to mod his copy of Skyrim, and he added the Martial Arts mod that changes the unarmed animations. I added the Evanoblivion Pack which I think adds in all the animations (doing them one by one was giving me some problems). One of the animations is a replacer for 'the twist', that ridiculous looking shuffle people do when they don't ragdoll upon death. The animation is a pretty cool looking backflip, so he doesn't want to get rid of it. He wants to make it happen less often. I haven't played his copy myself but he says the backflip is happening at almost every kill.

 

Is there something I could add to or change in the .ini to lower the chance of a death animation?
