"im rather new to modding skyrim" shows a 224 mod load order .... :ohmy:

You have a debugging nightmare. Pick out a few of the mods you really like. Test them out to make sure you're not crashing. Keep cutting out mods till you're not.
Then one by one test by test add them back till you figure it out. Also using the error logs is a great way to debug.
