fallout 4 settlers bugg

hello I was wondering if somone could help me with a settler bugg so every time I go to a settelment the setters just stand on spot moving thir leg/feet so dirts comes under the feet and they are stuck not moving from that spot and when I click E to talk to them they just look at me and nothing happends even when turning in quest. and I can't loot them :S
