LE Imper armor request

I would like to request an armor mod that I feel would look really good with the imperial faction. I'd call it the "Imperial Ranger armor" It'd be the basic light imperial chest piece, thieves guild pants, The hooded mages robe upper piece that goes over the shoulders and looks like a scarf with a clasp (in brown to match armor) with no hood.

with thieves guild gloves, boots, and hood to go with the scarf thing all color matched.

If it can't be done, its cool. Just wanted to throw the idea out there.
