Stealth dependent on amount of light?

I've played every type of character imaginable in Skyrim, and by far, my favorite is the sneak. Whether it's daggers, archery, thieving...it doesn't matter. Sneaking is fun. But Skyrim is certainly no Thief, Splinter Cell, or Assassin's Creed.

I've searched the Nexus for any mods related to stealth. I think I've found a stealth immersion mod (basically increasing the time that enemies spend searching for someone), but that's really about all I've found, other than some mods that increase stealth damage and the like. (Side note: Locational Damage works gloriously as a Stealth based character).

I would like to see Stealth get an overhaul. I have no clue what could be done to it, or if it's even possible, but I think it might be worth a look. Like my topic title suggests, maybe a mod that makes stealth dependent on how little light there is in an area. The game engine does it already, to a degree - there is certainly a higher chance of being seen if you're crouched by a torch than if you're tucked away in a corner, but I think it can be improved.

Anyone else have any other ideas?

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10456 How about this?

It's really good, and many modders haven't touched sneaking in their mod because they know this overhaul exists.

Combine it with DUEL (As I think you have it already) for extremely realistic sneaking.

Also, this mod actually does that thing with light/shadow, so sticking in shadows is the only choice for being unseen. (Unless you are invisible or extremely skilled and well geared)
