Unfortunately I'm fully occupied with my own worldspace mod at the moment but I can give you the advice, from looking at your screenshots, that it might be a good idea to start with a decent heightmap first and then to do the general layout, because the whole world might just be too flat otherwise. I say that because I wasn't really satisfied with my own heightmap in my first big worldspace after a while of world building after I became more skilled, so it's always better to plan things out before you regret something later on.
