Creating a new Armor

First thing: my english is crappy so dont blame me :D

I am creating a mod with the following items: Armor, Helmet, Goggles, Pipboy and PipGlove. I worked with FOMM and Nifskope changing textures, colors, items stats, lights etc etc. I am pretty sure to have done everything right but when i load the mod in the game i see big exclamations points in a red box istead of the items. Look at the images so maybe someone can give me a tip to solve this problem. And another question. In the FOMM software what is meaning and purpose of STAT and TXST groups? Are textures (DDS files) declared inside the NIF files? Thx

stat and txts allow you to specify 1stperson models and textures, the basic texture is declared inside the nif tho

the red excalamtion mark means the game didnt find your mesh/model... check if its in the right lace and if the names match these in your esp

So can i remove the TXTS GRP? The meshes should match. Look at the images i posted. The problem regard every item i have created. I am going crazy.

EDIT

I have all the files in the " Fallout 3\Data\NightArmor\ ". Can this be the problem? Maybe i have to put the files in their relative Meshes and Textures Folders? I would know before trying becose i should change every NIF file.

SOLVED! Meshes files need to stay in the meshes folder although in the esp file i declared nif files were in another folder.

i have a problem with Nifskope too. While PipBoy, Armor and Goggles reskin was succesfull the helmet has this problem ghghgh. look at the image. Any alternative to Nifskope or a tip?
