A mod to fix Nordic puzzles

I always thought the puzzles in Nordic ruins were quite disappointing, and after several years, I think most people probably feel the same. Recently I had a couple of ideas that might help solve the issue with Skyrim's puzzles, if it has been done before then I've never seen the mod that does it.

Basically, it would take all the clue panels that tell you the answers to the puzzles and scatter them throughout the dungeon leading up to the puzzle. The only way to figure out the answer to the puzzle would be to find each clue. Obviously this leaves a problem, as players may not find the panels in the correct order. Perhaps certain players would be okay with this, as the traps for failing puzzles are generally easily avoided, however it could also be countered with the following optional addition.

The player could come equipped with a notebook, either added to their inventory at the start of the game or purchased from a merchant. They would be able to activate each panel that they discover (by pressing E) that would add a the name of the ruin to the notebook, the name of the animal would appear in a list underneath the name of the ruin. The names would appear in the correct order rather than the order the player finds them in, which doesn't do wonders for immersion, but would be fairly negligible. An alternative to this addition would just be to use a mod such as Take Notes.

This would work similarly for the claw keys. Though the mod would have to change the models of the keys to not include the combination, then scatter new panels around the dungeon. Claw keys would have their own title in the notebook so as to not confuse the player.
