Has anybody complied a list to do a game-play overhaul?

I'm talking about things such as:

-making the gun recoil more unique and generally harder to use

-making loot overhaul such as that it's more sparse and more spontaneous good drops

-settlement restrictions (limited profit potential until upgraded) and perks (being able to fast with settlements, perhaps a cost to put down settlement)

-hard set enemy difficulties such that you can't fighter gunner right out of the vault

 

Things of that nature

Go to the Nexus home page, at the top, click on mods. At bottom left click on mod categories. Here's a couple to look through, then look at some others. Collectibles, Treasure Hunts, and Puzzles, Gameplay Effects and Changes, Cheats and God items, Overhauls. Any one of these may have something you want and there are others too.
