maybenexttime
I have encountered something odd whilst happily modding around guns through nifskope. I feel like this will be a problem for me in the future with other modding projects. There is some writing that magically appears on the scope. Before the scope does not have any writing but after copying the block and pasting the block on a different scope, writing mysteriously appears, specifically from the HK416 gun Samething with copying the EOtech. The interesting thing is that these writing textures come from the HK416 itself. Somehow the gun textures were copied to the scope. Does anyone have any idea why this may be so and how to fix it? There should be no text there http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/7308/falloutnv20121204004740.png Please write in "noob friendly" term as I am still new to using nifskope. Heffy
Have you renamed the parts in the copied block(s)? When copying a whole block, it tends to change the names of the elements in the block. If you don't rename these back to what they are supposed to be named, it can have all sorts of consequences for the model ingame. It could also end up pointing to the wrong BSShaderPPLightingProperty. Edited December 13, 2012 by Heffy
