Gorbachev
Sorry guys, this is the first time I've tried editing for anything but the Quake engine so bear with me. There seems to be a problem with the scoped weapons in this game. I've noticed that bullets tend to hit above the point of aim. Against all common sense the point of impact becomes higher and higher the further I shoot. It only occurs when looking through the scope. This effect is increased ten fold when increasing the projectile velocity (Wealistic Wifles). I'm using the no auto aim mod but tried without it. I was practicing on bottles so this made no difference. I'm wondering what parameters to modify to fix this problem without lowering the projectile velocity. Also which parameters to edit to alter how much sway the rifle has when peering through the scope. Is this edited for each stance? I mostly want this so I can essentially have a perfectly still gun to test accuracy of the rifle itself and not of the player until I sort this issue. There are a few other issues I'd like to change but they do not at all make the game unplayable like the above issue. First, the tracers seem randomly generated. I can see the tracer miss the target but the actual projectile hits and I do damage or kill the target. Second, is it possible to make the bullet arc? I want to make a real ballistics mod at some point if someone doesn't beat me to it. I see the "arc data" but do not know how to effectively edit it to get a desired effect. I think that's it.
