CTD and mod conflicts question

Hi guys,

 

I just have a couple of novice questions about mods.

 

At the moment I am getting CTD's outside Falkreath when I am walking up to the lake. Using the log system in papyrus I have found the problem with the Levelers Tower mod witch has corrupted my saves. I have now since removed the mod but I am still getting issues with

 

My question is should I remove any other mods from from the below lists? Do any of these conflict?
