Modifying a custom race to equip khajiit tails?

Hello~ ^.^

So I'm trying to get my ygnord character to equip this (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13995), but it won't for some reason.

I had a similar issue before with another race, but I just went into the creation kit and set aa_wearablekhajiittail and all the rest for default race. I tried that this time, and it didn't work. I set the nakedtailkhajiit thing to allow default race as well, and that didn't help at all either. I also made sure the skeleton was compatible with mystic tails. I know there are other races that it'll work on, but I really like this one for some reason. It's simple, I guess. None of that fancy flashy stuff. Also, the faces are super cute! The Ashen and such are so... hard, y'know? Bleh. o n o

 

 

I'd really like to get this to work because cute~!, but it's hard and now it's making me kind of cranky. SO!

I'd like a bit of help please. You guys seem super smart and good at this stuff, so it'd be super awesome if y'all would give me a hand! :3

 

 

How would I get this working? Alternatively and more ideally, I'd like to just permanently add a khajiit tail to the custom race. It's possible, certainly, but I'm not able to figure it out. I saw a tutorial on youtube and also the dude who made the tails had a little guide somewhere, but they didn't help. I'm clearly doing something wrong. >_>;

I don't think there's a way to permanently equip khajiit ears (I use these: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14205) because the tails are related to the skeleton and those are just equippable items, but if anyone knows of a way let me know, though like I said, I can't imagine there would be.
