install multiple mods simultaneously

hello guys, i'm newbie in the world of mod. Before i write to this great community i have read a little about mods argument.

I need a help, i found a video where someone play at skyrim with hight quality texture and something change in the gameplay. These mods make skyrim less "dated". I have the list of the mods used by this user but them are up 100. There is a way to install them without take once at time? There are any skyrim mods that you suggest?

No, each mod gets installed seperatly. And yes, it takes time to get this done. Some people spend more time on modding than actually playing. Rushing things here is a guaranteed way to screw your game and lots of frustration.

There are some good moddings guides here on the nexus, look for Tuccoguide for example.
