Bug/issue with Premium

Running into a problem today.

 

Trying to download a mod, I was prompted to log in. I tried to do so, but had issues logging in with my username. I did a password reset, updated my settings, and then was taken to a new UI for user settings which I haven't seen before. Going back to the mod page, it showed me as logged out still, so I tried logging in again - it took me to a page saying 'you are already logged in as [username], do you want to continue or log out?' - I hit continue, it took me back to the mod page and carried on showing me as logged out. Tried this again several times with the same results, logged out properly and then in again and same results as well, so I left it alone for an hour or so. Finally it is showing me as logged in on the mod pages, however it still shows me as not having a premium account, both on the main mod pages and on the new user settings page. I've checked my details, and I have a confirmation in my emails that I renewed my 12 month sub back in December.

 

Any way to resolve this? Has something changed in the past 24 hours? I was using the site with no issues yesterday. Should I give it another few hours/come back tomorrow and try again?
