Dialogue not loading

Hello! I really need some help. I play a heavily modded game. I encountered an issue on my current playthrough of the game. At first certian dialogue options weren't showing up when speaking to NPC. For example when doing "The Book Of Love" questline, the option to talk to Calcelmo about Faleen does not show up. So I moved on and hoped that if I returned later the option would show up. I went to do other quests, both modded and unmodded. Randomly I would not be able to speak with certain NPC or I would be kicked out of a conversation with an NPC before it was finished, having to start from the beginning and go back in. Sometimes exiting my game and going back in fixed this, sometimes it didn't.

 

Before anyone thinks I don't know how to troubleshoot my own massive amount of mods let me explain the steps I took in order to fix this issue. I started with a search to see if I could find anyone dealing with this same problem. I came up empty, so I moved on to checking with all the mod forums for the mods I had recently added or updated. Still nothing came up. So I went through my usual steps. I cleaned all my plugins (I had some that desperately needed it) using Xedit, then started a new game and tried again. I use Alternate start and as I started up my game none of the text was showing up. I went to the Mara statue and she would tell me to approach but no dialogue options were showing up. I exited and tried again a few times. Eventually I was able to start up the game and get playing. However when a courier approached me he would start telling me he had a letter for me then I would be kicked from the conversation and he would keep starting over. Eventually he wouldn't let me speak to him at all but kept following me around because he still had to deliver to me. I then had the same issues with Lucan not allowing me to speak with him to turn in the golden-claw.

 

So I exited my game, checked for any outdated mods or patches, did another search for this issue, sorted my load order, cleaned my plugins, resorted my load order, bashed my mods using WyreBash, resorted my load order, then loaded up an entirely new game. This time I was unable to speak with the Mara statue again, this time however reloading my game did not help.

 

I am 99.9% certain this is a mod issue. but I am having a very hard time pinpointing which mod or mods are responsible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've managed to get most of the dialogue working. Now its just text, both in books and notifications that aren't showing up.

I'm terribly sorry for posting on this after such an amount of time but I am having the exact same issue with both dialogue and book texts. Can you recall what you did to fix this? What the problem mod was?
