I need some mod-file suggestions

Hi I'm trying to recreate this person in Skyrim using already made mods. I have no experience with creating my own mods so I cannot create my own mod. I really want to create an asian character like her that has that elegant look to her. What mods would you guys use to recreate her in Skyrim?

Creation kit will create a new race by just simply making a copy of the original race Google it very easy to do. but for own head mesh that is a lot more intense

and frankly well over my knowledge how to do it, it requires very advanced understanding in Nif-scope and Face-Gen modeler to make it compatible for Skyrim

 

But in any case you will need Creation Kit to be able to do any thing in a mod

They have a mod that able's you to add your Face-Gen to Skyrim, tells you the steps and how to make the .tri file. I am not able to try because I don't have the customizer for Face-gen and not sure how to legally get it ecxept by emailing them, so I might not have it till I have the 2 hundred for it. This mod imports all of the Skyrim face parts into the Face-Gen - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24544 --. As for the race it's just like EliteCheat said, it's pretty simple. The tools you would need is - Face-gen, Face-gen Customizer, Creation Kit, and NifSkope.

Thanks for both of your replies. I have another question: What tool could I use to copy an npc's face to my own character's face? I've seen some noc's that I could as a start and then modify them.

The quickest way I would say is to use the following

 

1. The Ashen - This would be the closest pemade face/head models to fit an oriental like character (My personal opinion)

2. Modder Resource - Easy NPC Creation - Use this to create the character and dump the import file (I like this because it's in game so you see exactly what you'll end up with)

3. Load up the CK and pick all the mods you used like Ashen and any hair/eye mods plus Skyrim.esm

4. Go find a hireling or follower in the CK and choose to import the saved NPC

5. That should replace that follower's looks with your new ones...press OK then select the follower and hit CTRL-F4 to make the gen data

6. Save this as something like "test.esp"

7. Add test.esp to your load order

 

Not an easy thing to do if you're not willing to get familiar with the CK but not actually that difficult either if you put in a few hours

Now, if you're referring to a player character...that's something I've yet to look into so more reading for you
