Looks like a pretty standard installation, dowload it, unpack it with Winrar it and drop the Data folder in the unpacked mod folder into your Skyrim Data folder...if asked to overwrite files did you say yes or no? Did you make sure the mod was activated in the Steam Skyrim launcher after you installed it? I downloaded it and had a look and everything in the folder looks ok as far as the textures go...what is it thats different from the mod pictures?
