Mod Tutorials

i hate to ask this but i haven't exactly seen any stickies yet but are there any good tutorials or a set?

 

i started learning to mod with oblivion (pretty much just got to be able to edit buildings/other stuff) and i was hoping i could find some great tutorials

 

basically i want to know how to

 

- edit interfaces (like the hud/ pipboy)

- create a directional flashlight instead of a radial light from the pipboy

- mess with environment settings (fire do damage)

- mess with fast travel system

 

i realize there may be mods out there that do some of this stuff but i would like to mod for my satisfaction

 

i also planned on waiting for the GECK and i also don't know if somethings have to be done without the geck like editing the interfaces
