Anyway, we need to do something about penetrator perk and make the effect works in real time shooting (outside VATS). Or alternatively we can make bullets that use assault rifle projectile able to pass through a certain geometry.

I have been tinkering with projectile data using FO4 edit for a year already to no avail. It feels strange no one feel bugged with their powerful anti materiel rifle failed to kill a damned raider taking cover behind a rotten, 200 years worth wooden plank.
