[request] Higher collision damage to make DFA possible

Like in title, currently collision damage is minimal and "death from above" is almost impossible, it could be increased slightly to let it happen. It could be that heavier the mech, the more damage it causes but of course withing reasonable limits(or with simple config file to set to personal preference).
