The Lands of Arcessa HELP WANTED!!

Hey all

I am currently working on a mod that adds an entire new continent to oblivion.

I have bolded my major points

Load the file and play it, to figure out if you want to help me. The portal to Arcessa is within the imperial city prison district.

 

I have worked on this mod on my own for the past few days, and would continue to do so if not for the limitations on my computer.

Essentially my problem is that I cannot edit dialog in my CS. Rather than surfing the internet for days and find no solution, I will simply ask for help.

 

1. If anyone would like to transcribe dialog for me, that would be awesome

2. If you know a workaround or a solution to this problem that would be awesome too

3. As of right now the town Duthiel (north of the portal) has several building but only one has an interior and only one NPC. If you enjoy buildings and interiors and npcs and such, let me know and you can help me out.

 

Sorry if some of these are non specific goals, but right now I'm taking my time and haven't really gutted out the details yet. You could help me with that too!
