Does it happen with other clothing / armour??... Does it happen only in MOD rooms / buildings? 2 - What clothing / armour mods are you using, if any? 3 - What DLC's do you have? Then TURN OFF any - all mods that relate to Clothing - Armour and see if it happens? >> You might have to start a clean game if any of your mods related to this are SCRIPTED.
