Any time I've seen any sort of tech support stuff leak over about **** **** and one of the devs or mods or whatever happen to show up, it does seem to very frequently descend into petty passive aggressive shots from the "support." I get that **** **** is very customizable and so you get a lot of repetitive user complaints, but that really isn't anything new for other teams and, honestly, that complexity paired with a "support" team that won't seem to help you without putting you down for not already knowing everything has really prevented me from ever really considering that mod."
