weird skin bug i am having

One of my follower is having this skin problem, then I dismissed that follower and then the problem jumped to another active follower. I suddenly started having this bug, I dont know if this is because of a certain mod or just a general bug. Does anyone know what could have caused this? I ran LOOT and there's 0 warnings, errors and dirty plugins. here's my load order from LOOT
