T-Posing in Skyrim SE after deleting SexLab Defeat

I recently came back to Skyrim and was reminded of why I quit last time. My characters were t-posing. This happened after I deleted the "SexLab Defeat" mod after realizing how f*#@ed up of a mod it was. However, when I looked in FNIS, I still saw a warning for the mod, despite it being deleted. There was also a line for "zzestrus", yet another f*#@ed up mod that I deleted. So, basically, FNIS is reading mods that I have not had for months. Here are the exact lines in FNIS:

FNIS Behavior V7.6 3/30/2020 8:19:15 PM

I hope you can help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Well, it is obvious the animations are still there. How did you delete these mods? Manualy? These mods are still present in your game. And you didn't convert the animations from SL Defeat for Skyrim SE so that whas the reason why this mod didn't work.

If you delete manually it is possible you deleted to much or to less.

To much; If you delete a file which overwrote another file you cant delete it because another mod need it. But it is possible the other mod can't use it because it is not a right version.

To less; The same file not deleted because another mod need it but it can be flagged for the deleted mod. So warning from Fnis.

Solution; Use a mod manager, reinstall all mods, let it overwrite all previous installed mods and let the modmanager delete the mods. But you don't uninstall mods midgame unless you know what you do.
