Need Help With INSTALL Order For Fairly Minimal Mod List

I've read this page: http://tescosi.com/wiki/A_General_Order_for_Installing_Mods_(Oblivion) and made an install list, but since had difficulty categorizing a a few of the mods into the categories on that page, I really would rather have some expert opinions, since I only know pretty much the basics of mods but not the in depth stuff of why certain mods are installed after others, etc. Here is my proposed install order:

I don't really see any items on your list that will just overtly conflict with one another. That said...you should install those three unofficial patches before anything else in the list. The rest shouldn't really make any difference what order you install them in.
