Adoption not fully completing

Adoption is not working for me. Whether i try for a vanilla or custom child, I can choose the option to adopt them from where ever they are and they come to my custom home that has six child beds. But then they stay in the middle of the house repeating the " I need to get my things" dialogue. Pushing them does nothing. waiting inside or outside does nothing. Fast Traveling does nothing.

 

This is a relatively new build; Basically i went to Riverwood did some quests, went to Whiterun, tried adopting the children there and now i am stuck in that regards. I used LOOT, so the load order is what it gave me. If there is any thing wrong or conflicting in my mod list in regards to adoption or anything else, please let me know. Also, if anyone else had similar issues, what could i do to resolve this?
