[LE] Ks Hairdos issue

Okay, so I started officially modding my own stuff just recently so I am still very new to this, however I can't seem to figure out how to get out of this situation.

I know most of these won't be effecting my issue, I just wanted to lay everything on the table)

Okay now that that is out of the way lets get to my issue.

 

It is the infamous grey face glitch(actually thinking about it now, it doesn't look to be that, just not loading the files for the face) however the way it happened is different from the norm(or at least as far as I know). When I was loading up some mods I was creating my own to change faces and hairs for certain npcs. I got quite a few done when I got around to Saadia and edited her hair and left her face alone. I then download the mod Fair Skin Complexion for CBBE, everything worked fine but I had forgotten to reset Saadia's Face Gen after editting her something(wasn't anything major)and so I left and accidentally reset her FaceGen without the mod to change her face active and recent it to base game. No matter what I do, changing mod order, resetting her face gen again or what not it will not go back. I tried reinstalling KS Hairdos and that broken everyone else for a little bit but I got that to work again but even still only her face was screwed up. I have LOOT to check load order, I have Wrye Bash to change KS Hairdos to ESM for edit and reset it back. I just cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it. It isn't that big of a deal for just one single character to have it however it just bugs me and is like a challenge to fix this. Also whenever I go into CK's actor adjustment window it says that the KS Hairods tri file has no morphs(this was the reason I redownloaded KS Hairdos but it was still there afterwards), it also says that it is unable to mpa bone NPC L Items on to her. So please, I don't really care about the character, I just want to know how to fix this for the future.
