Problem with Console, *.ini files and Battle Music

The battle music won't start anymore. I tink it's because i have the level 100 Cap mod (i'm at level 35)

If you type in the console "Help Music" you can found this parameter:

 

fCombatMusicPlayerCombatStrengthCap=35000

 

but i can't figure out how to change it in the console, and if i put it in the ini files with another value it won't work.

Also i've changed the line SMainMenuMusicTrack=special\maintitle.mp3 in SMainMenuMusicTrack=battle\battle_06.mp3 and the menù music is the same, like if the ini is not loaded.

 

So i need to know what's going wrong with the ini or how to cange the value in the console
