The Ouachita Wasteland Mod, looking for modders to join in

Hey! So, bigbunny469 and I are starting a mod team to create "The Ouachita Wasteland." The wasteland of the former state of Arkansas. We are looking to put together a mod team to make this mod a reality, as I only just started to play around with the geck a few days ago. I had the idea for this mod after looking into the Fallout Wiki and realized that there's nothing about Arkansas, except in Fallout 2 when they mention the Little Rock saints losing in the Super Bowl. When the player reaches the wastes of Arkansas, they'll have to fight their way through "The Forest" which is the Ouachita National Forest, however the locals fear The Forest, because it's where all the mutated creatures live. Super Mutants, Mutated Coyotes, Yao Guai, and more. The player will fight through only a small part of those woods, but the rest are unexplored. After The Forest, is Hot Springs, an old Pre-War resort, now turned into a settlement, where the local Children of Atom bathe in the old irradiated springs. Beyond that would be several small towns and villages, as they are a few tribes in the area. Then there's the ruins of Little Rock, I won't tell you too much about it it, but I'll leave you with this, an old library, dedicated to some Pre-War president who was from Arkansas, is currently inhabited by a cult that worships this president.
