LE Can someone create a sword for me?

I've been looking around for a sword that would go perfectly with the rest of my gear(Evil mastermind armor) for quite awhile now and havent found anything thats quite right. I was hopeing that someone on the forums with some skill in creating new item might be able to help as I am unable to use the skyrim tool kit on my pc for some reason. My ideal sword would be mostly a retexture of a blades sword with a few minor changes. those changes include darkening the metal of the blade a few shades but still keeping the blade's reflective quality while keeping the overall texture quality of the sword at or above level in the highrez pack used in game, recoloring the gold handguard and sheath to glossy black metal, makeing the attack speed 75% faster than a normal sword and giveing it the damage of an ebony sword (I play on master so i need something strong when ppl/things get past my spells) and finaly somehow adding a small darkish blue gem in the base of the blade where it connects with the handle(not in the blase its self) and infuseing it with a dim yet fairly noticeable white glow. The sword's name would be Shadowlight.
