CBBE body not affecting player model (only female NPCs)

I'm having some trouble using CBBE. It affects every other female NPC just fine, but it does nothing to my player model, which just seem to still have the default vanilla body.

At first, I was trying to get nude bodies, and my character still had the ragged vanilla underwear. Then I tried with CBBE's custom underwear, and still nothing.

I've double checked with BodySlide multiple times, so everything should be in order.

 

I am also using Bijin's Warmaidens, NPCs and Wives (as well as the All-In-One esm), so that might do something, but I'm honestly not sure.
