CTD near seastmarch imperial camp area

Howdy fellers,

 

Im having a constant CTD within the areas surrounding the eastmarch imperial camp.

It happens 100% of the time and happens in the imperial camp, stoney creek cave and some of the other surrounding areas.

 

I have used LOOT for the load order, FNIS when needed and Wyrebash for the batched patch.

 

Any idea whats causing this?
