Crashing problems any help would be appreciated

I know there's probably 100 forms out here talking about this but I've been trying to get my skyirm legendary edition to stop crashing I have run loot I have installed anti-crash mods to help patches and everything imaginable he I can think of I've even edited the ini the prefabs and installed EMP boost I've watched hundreds of videos on how to fix this problem but nothing seems to work all's I do is spend the last few weeks trying to figure out this problem and I'm about to at the end of my ability to figure this out so I can only hope someone may be able to help me I'm going to post my load order and everything but I'm starting to get aggravated at this I don't know if I left anything else but any help would appreciated also I've only been able to play about 15 minutes into the game before it starts crashing nonstop it also will crash on load and I've also downloaded load crash to help fix that nothing is helping so any help would be thankful
