FlashBack77
Hello, I've been playing Skyrim for over 160 hours. I installed plenty of mods, but recently, my save time has been very long and I've been getting a lot of freezes. So I unninstalled all my mods, according to instructions, until I had Skyrim with only Dawnguard and Hearthfire. I unninstalled skse and deleted (with backup) my scripts folder. My save, that was over 100 MB in size, went down to 20 MB. But the same problems stayed, which means there are some scripts still fiddling around my save. I probably missed an unninstall instruction or something. Now my question is: can I still fix this?

FlashBack77
Follow this and prayhttp://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Troubleshooting#tab=Mods_and_Savegames Didn't work, thanks anyway. Better start creating a new char. At least this way I'll start a new playthrough.
melator
You didn't change the ingame time scale or possibly used the Sounds of Skyrim mods?
FlashBack77
You didn't change the ingame time scale or possibly used the Sounds of Skyrim mods? I did use SoS and the save got messed up. But then I fixed it by just disabling all mods. Anyway, I've started a new playthrough with a wood elf, having quite the fun. Thanks for the help anyway. melator
SoS had severe save bloat and possible corruption issues after one of the game patches. Some people still run it now without issues while other run into the same problem as you. Hope your second play through is even more fun!
