Xaerosignal Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 So New Vegas is crashing constantly for me. It's seemingly random though it does happen more often during area transitions. Is there any way to figure out WHY it's crashing? I know it's mod-related because it never crashed like this without mods installed and when I first started using mods it wasn't crashing. It's either a conflict, a bad install or a load order thing I guess? If anyone knows or has any tips to find out please let me know. I myself use FOMM as do lot of other folks so its kind of difficult to tell from your LOD what is loading where or when. Nevada Skies has to be the last thing in the load order I can tell you that for a fact. Try getting FOMM (fallout Mod Manager) FOMM and also the Mod Configuration Menu MCM - these 2 things may help straighten out your LOD so you don't crash. Next if check Gophers You Tube videos on load order, FOMM, and FNVedit. They're fairly easy to use, once you get the hang of them and can quickly clean up a lot of problems.Gopher Gaming - just look for FNV Videos Hope all that helps.
