Kdiff error while merging, cant rename a backup file so it cant save merge?

Hello!

I have like 100 mods , kinda... not overhauls nor nothing like that ... I had no problem while merging any of those..

Today eralier I wanted to merge Complete animations (for drinking and eating animations) with Auto loot AIO, Wich.. I SOMEHOW MANAGED TO DO SO.. and game worked PERFECT and I played all day with 0 problems

Now I downloaded a enchanced targeting mod, installed and merged propperly .. had a couple of errors wich merged manually but nvm.. Worked, played for like 30 mins till i noticed the targetint wasnt behaving as it was mentioned in the mod page,, nor it was close at all with the vanilla... I mean it was basically HORRIBLE.. Locked on target and geralt hitting totally randoms spots so I entered the post page of the mentioned mod and i found out that it happens because Its somehow not compatible with E3 dodge system..

So..

Deleted the targeting mod.. Deleted the merged files and tried to remerge again the ones i was using..

And now I get this error wich I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE

(I'm sorry for not having picture.. but veen trying to figure it out for like an hour or so, so I gave up)

 

"Can't create backup file, cannot rename backup folder (or something kinda similar to it, seriusly at this point I cant f°° recall), Saving merge error"

 

And kdiff wont let me exit, Can't save merges, I just can exit without saving wich results in like 209348203498 errors while launching the game..

The 2-3 errors i get that i cannot save are the ones I figured out earlier while merging CA with autoloot.. wich now I'm not able to save???????

 

So well F this sh.. I just deleted CA completelly and remerged all remaining ones with 0 problems..

 

Anyone has ever encoutered this error or something similar? I'm clueless here, I find nothing relationed on the web,

Kdiff won't lemme save the merges because a backup error? seriously?

 

I'm sory for not having any screenshot of the problem, I'm just shooting to the air here to see if anyone has any idea of what is going on, its not a merge error, its a Kdiff saving merge error :/
