Jumping like 2 to 3 times the normal height

As the title says I'm jumping way too high and can't figure out why I don't have that many mods this is my load order. Any of these mods cause the problem?

Checked my player.getgs fjumpheightmin it was 165 apparently you can change it through console command but I'd still like to figure out what is causing it to be set to this and fix it without the use of console.
