CTD on loadscreens and Open Areas

i have a lot of CTDs on loadscreens and Open Areas. I have trying to fix that a several months, i cant stand diss anymore, please help me. i swear i will keep isolated

You've got Wet and Cold installed. This was a great (and very stable) mod for Oldrim, but a lot of people are finding that it causes crashes in Skyrim SE. There are two things you can try:

 

(1) Some people find that the snowy effect is causing the problem. Disable it in Wet and Cold's MCM, and instead use the mod "Get Snowy."

 

(2) Disable ALL of Wet and Cold's features through the MCM.

 

Try these steps and see if your stability improves. Also, the universe would really appreciate it if you post back here if you find something that works. You can also check out my CTD guide (in my sig) for other ideas, but these are my best thoughts based on my own experience and your CTD details.
