Need a new save!

I recently corrupted my oblivion sewer. I can no longer start a new character. I am not willing to reinstall Oblivion. Can someone create and send me a link to a save that has no quest completed and is just OUTSIDE the sewer? I am very grateful!

You should fix whatever mod is corrupting part of your game.

If your tutorial part is corrupted, there is a good chance something else is also.
