Red Triangles With White Exclamation Points

So, I have looked pretty heavily into this. Here are the issue details:

* Red triangles with white exclamation points do not appear when I re-start the game

* When they do appear, it's always static. That is, if there's one in an inn, I might not see it after re-starting, but I will definitely see it in the exact same spot the next time I visit that area

* They only appear in civilized indoor areas (taverns, shops), but never dungeons or outside

 

I have tried the following fixes:

* Re-install

* Start new game from scratch

 

At first, I thought it was a mod, but after looking through my list of mods, none of them would add an object inside, except for weapons/armor. As you can see from the example below, there would not be weapons or armor in the middle of a tavern floor.

there may be an object that can not be loaded. usually occurs in the conflicted mod...

It looks as if the object giving problems is under the floor.

When you don't get the error open the console (~ on american keyboards, the key left to 1 and under esc) type tfc hit enter and close the console (~ again) Now you can fly the camera around freely. Fly under the floor and look which object there is. Maybe that will give a clue. Open console and type tfc again to return to your character.
