PLEASE HELP ME, THE LAUNCHER WONT OPEN, AND I ONLY INSTALL FEW MODS AND ONLY ENABLE UNLIMITED ARROW

So, yesterday until now i cant play the game anymore because the launcher wont start, no message and when i click and see the cursor and its gone. been trying all fix from google stilll failed. i have lot pf mod installed but in the end i unninstalled them and only enable unlimited arrow, please help me

Sure there is a few mods ho break game. like com patch for load order or 10 companions/// prolly vortex load order messed up..disable/uninstall them from game(vortex)..then backup your saves if u need....delete all mount dir from your documents /verify game trough steam start game must work
