Does anyone know a way to edit the number of stations at start that each factions has or starts out with? or maybe a mod? looking for a slower start for most factions, where they have to build their production up, i was trying to look to see if i could edit the save file but not sure what to look for. i seen some mods i belive that has a slower start but its not what im looking for
