Modding game of the year edition deluxe

Hey i have been trying to find a topic that could answer this but couldn't. Im no expert but i understand technical terms well enough. How would i go about modding the game of the year deluxe version of the game. It already comes with some mods pre installed so do i still need obse, as for the order ill just use the appropriate tools. Also which mods would be suitable so that they don't conflict with the expansion or should i use the tools for that to? ty in advance

You mean installing mods, not modding, correct? Modding is generally the term reserved for creating new mods, or altering existing mods. Installing mods is just that, installing mods. This is probably why you're having problems searching for information, you're using the wrong terms.

 

There's lots of instructions for installing mods all over the place, each mod is different and will likely have different instructions on how to install them (for example whether or not they need OBSE in order to run). Carefully read their descriptions/readme's to find out how to install them. The fundamentals for installing mods does not change regardless of whether your using the GOTY edition or not. The only difference is some mods will require that you have certain mods already installed - which you will because they came with the GOTY version of the game.

Ahhh ok ok thank you for clarifying that for me. I was thinking of installing FCOM the one that enables you to install ooo fran... what ever and 2 other mods. Ill go check now what i have to do and make sure to follow the instructions to the tea. Been a while since i played oblivion missed it but thought i would spice things up a bit. ty
