hi, first of all im new in this so im sorry if it's an obvious or easy question.

I downloaded a plugin of a house and it worked perfectly, but then I tried to edit it with CreationKit but everytime i did anything, even putting a chair or whatever and saved it, when i went in the game the house was gone, so idk if it's just not possible to edit plugins or what.

thanks!

It's best to view changes to locations on a new game. Otherwise you run the risk of odd duplications, ctds, objects completely disappearing etc.

what do u mean by view changes to locations on a new game?

Sometimes when a mod changes something like the position of a chair, you may not see the results in a save game where you already saw that chair in it's previous location. Sometimes you can only see the changes you've made if you start from a clean save or a new game.

so in order to be able to edit the house i downloaded i must start all over?

EDIT: btw i didnt mean ONLY moving stuff, mostly im trying to add new stuff, but it doesn't matter how i edit it, the whole place dissappears

try uninstalling the mod. Open up your game and save it. Then make the changes you want in your mod. Then reinstall it and check it out.

didn't work, i just realized that anything i do on the CreationKit appears in my game. I save it in the data folder of skyrim (the same where the mods i downloaded and worked are) but when i get to the game is not there, that's why the house dissappear when i edit it, because when i edit it is made by my CreationKit, idk why is not working.

Maybe it is because i downloaded the CreationKid not from the steam page (i dont have the original game) but i dont know whats the problem :S

If you mean you pirated the game, then that is likely your problem. Buy it like you ought to. By the way, admitting to something like that is a bannable offense here.
